What is the difference between Pre-Cum and cum? Also, how long does it take for you to get both.

You have gotten the story about precum, but from what i have heard, don't know for sure, but i also understand that guys that are uncut are precum more, because of the 4skin and helps to stop the dryness during masturbation/intercourse....yes it does clear out the urethra (tube) to clean it before the semen is released
