I didn't know where to put this so I put it here
I have serious problems about this one subject,I can't talk about it at all without getting really anxious,at times I even start to hyperventilate
It's really bothering me because its a subject which is mentioned a lot everywhere,tv,conversation, internet,in here
Is there anything at all I can do to get rid of this?
:(

I'm not sure. You can avoid it, but if it's brought up in a conversation, stay as calm as possible and play along or change the subject. Showing some type of concern will possible alert someone.

Positive psychological reinforcement. Think about it, get used to it and then overcome it.
OR
At least give us the topic so we can think of a different way to help cope with said problem.

Okay, this is more simple than I thought it would be. Speak with an/or contact your Crisis Center, they can help you, it is completely anonymous. They have ways and methods to help you, also you can speak to trained people (nurses and therapist) without having to pay for it. It is a free service offered by the county.
And then I just realized you do not live int he same country.
You need to talk to the people are you school, the counselors will be able to help you out and point you to the people to go to.

I understand. Try and talk to someone but another big thing is to let it go if it bothers you that much.

Do you know why you get anxious? That's the first step to overcoming the problem. Do you yourself have a drug problem, or a family member maybe? Or are you just anxious about wanting to try them or something? Figuring that out will help you be able to talk about it more comfortably.
