The only penis stereotypes i've heard is the blacks are big and the asians are small, but like everyone else is saying most stereotypes that have to do with penis size are false. In fact the average penis size for an adult is 5-7 inches, i'm pretty sure this is true for cubans too. You can have a small, average or big penis size regardless of race.

I have seen quite a few black, cuban, hispanic and white mans penis and all are average none larger due to there race

I've never heard that Cubans have big penises, but based in the number of myths out there, it doesn't surprise me that someone thinks that. There are some studies that show a correlation between race and penis size, though they are very poorly done. The best studies show that race doesn't affect penis size.
