You want to know what's going on? You're in puberty. It's that simple. ;) Everything you listed is completely normal and expected of what to happen in puberty. You will get random erections because of hormones but that will calm down a bit as you get older. That clear liquid is called pre-cum and it comes out of your penis when you're aroused and it's basically lubricating fluid; it's completely normal. It's not ejaculation. Ejaculation is when a clearish-white liquid called semen shoots out of the penis after/during orgasm.

100% normal that stuff that came outa your penis wasn't semen it was probally pre-cum which is a lubrication liquid that the penis releases prior to sex if you were to masterbate after a few minutes (varies from person to person) you would reach orgasm (which is a really nice feeling) and about a teaspoon of liquid would come out this is a process known as ejaculating and the "Stuff" that comes out is semen which obviously contains sperm.
