thought I'd just share some artists. these are my more recent casual listening kind of artists, and for sure don't include a lot of music I listen to when perhaps I'm looking for something a little more insightful. i think this music could probably be enjoyed by most people here, tell me what you like :P

Skool of Thought is a really cool artist i found quite recently. Love Your Life and We Play the Music (acoustic is best) are also great songs by them. Listen out for the lyrics in these, they're real good.

Radical Face wrote the song 'Welcome Home' from the Nikon ad. It comes with a really cool music video available here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8a4iiOnzsc), but the artist also has some really nice peaceful other songs that are worthwhile. Check their 2011 album out

An all around fantastic artist with a bunch of really uniques sounding albums, Tea Leaf Green has a real sunny and relaxed sound

more of a pop sound than i'd usually listen to, but they have a very interesting style and a bunch of very catchy songs. 'Some Nights' and 'We are Young' are more popular, but I dig this over them. the structure of the songs is kind of odd and doesn't follow much set, but I like it. sounds a bit like a modern Queen

Weird looking guy, but along with Galaxy of the Lost, Lightspeed Champion has a great voice and some nice melodies

A really excellent upcoming artist. Check out their Continued Silence EP, it's all great.

I'll post some more later if you guys dig

I've been listening to Imagine Dragons quite a bit recently :P "It's Time" is my favorite. I like them a lot. We Play the Music by Ed Solo & Skool of Thought is also great, really catchy and just gives good vibes

Hey, thanks for posting. i just realised recently that i've been listening to pretty much the same music everyday for the last couple of years. i really want to add something new, so thanks for posting these, except for Fun i haven't heard any of them.

Ed Solo & Skool of Thought - like quite a lot. for some reason it reminded me of The Skints. Will deff check out their album.

Radical Face - just too calming for me. kind of reminded me a bit of Sigor Ros, who i always want to like, but just can't seem to get into.

Tea Leaf Green - like but don't really love. i will check out some of their other stuff.

Fun - kind of want to hate them because of We Are Young being too annoying, but i really like this song. i think you are exactly right, it does sound kind of Queen-ish. and it is weird too, when you think its going to go big it goes quiet, its kind of all over the place but works. interesting album art too.

Lightspeed Champion - love love love. could listen to it all day, you hardly notice that its 10 minutes long. freaky as hell video though.

Imagine Dragons - see, this is my idea of chilled and relaxing music. could imagine myself falling asleep while listening to this - that's not a bad thing. i'll check out some of their other stuff.

Thanks!!! post more videos if you get the chance. my current obsession is Sleigh Bells, their album Treats, which i think is a couple of years old now so they probably have a new album out, but i really like their sound.
