The first signs of puberty is testiclular enlargement, which usually happens by age 12, sometimes before. It's a subtle change, so most guys miss it. By the time you recognize the more obvious signs (pubic fuzz/hair, penis growth) you've not only 'started' puberty, you're pretty much into it. So, if you're noticing pubic hair (regardless of it's color or density) that wasn't always there and penis growth, then you'd be in puberty. fasten your seatbelt and place your tray in it's upright position!

Yes. If you're penis or testicles are growin rapidly, you notice underarm or pubic hair, you're getting acne, you can ejaculate, or you've noticed rapid height growth, you've started puberty!

It's unlikely that you'll see most of those happening at the same time when you start puberty. You'll probably see one or two, maybe 3, and not notice some of the others...no big. You'll probably be anxious to see everything happen NOW and FAST, but it's not gonna, because you have to wait it out and ride puberty! :P
