OK, I do notice guys with bulges all the time...and I've seen other threads here about that, but my question is for all the guys here ...when you look at these bulges can you really tell how you compare?...Can you tell if a guy is cut or uncut?...Do you look close enough to consciously compare yourself. Its easier if a guys pants are tight compared to loose, but do you look closer if you see a guy with loose pants to see if you can see his bulge?...When I see it in the hallway at school and then see the same guys in PE in their shorts, I seem to look closer than I do when they have pants on ...I know I'm gay and this might just be me ...but I just wonder.

I'm the same way. I always look at other guys bulges. I always wonder if they are cut or uncut... never can tell though. I like guys with PE shorts! XD

Guess we all do sometimes, its a guy thing but, I think some gguys and yes I am one sometimes you wear specific shorts that you know you look bigger in.

Just one of them things really. Hope every one is happy with what they got - dont know if you can do much to get a bigger one = saw one TV prog of this guy who paid out loads of money for operations to make him bigger - yikes

i seem to alwayys look at bulges whenever someone is wearing gym shorts or basketball shorts. sometimes i can see the outline of the head and other times i just see a bulge. but no you cant really actually tell how big someone is

Well Im in year round swim team ( BE JELOUSE!!!!! ) lol . So we wear speedos, and or jemmers. So you can see the impression of their dick perfectly. Um, you kinna get over looking at bulges after 6 years. Lol but when you do yea. You can really compare with his. Lol

kind of the same boat as ^this guy. after diving and being around speedos for years, you get over the bulge-looking thing. if you can see the outline of the head, then they are cut.

Yeah I look sometimes too. I guess it's normal for all guys gay or not. I usually can only see the outline though. There's no way to tell exact size or if they're cut.

Yea Perry, Angel, I'm a swimmer to so I know what you mean...so easy when in speedos ...wonder if that's why we have so many male spectators :D...It can get embarrassing, and you're right tho after a time you just don't notice, but then you already know after all about your team mates

I have a tendency glance at a guys bulge if he's in shorts...i've been looking down at guys bulges since i was in middle school.
I've notice that if ai guy has on loose pants/shorts, it's interesting to see their dick swing around as they walk. But if they have on tight pants or speedos, you kind of get an idea of the size/shape of their dick...haha

I look all the time... I'm curious
1) I can to some bulges... Most of a bulge is balls tho
2)you can see a head in some shorts
3)see 1
4)you can see length of penis in athletic shorts because of how the shorts fold and hang

I don't think you can really compare, because it's probably very misleading. Some might even "stuff" things like a sock. o_O I don't really look to closely because that can get awkward, so I can't really tell in detail. There's only one trait that I would be able to identify, an extreme, largeness.

I've actually seen a couple where I could tell the guys were cut. One was a guy in gym class in shorts but he had an obvious boner and the other was some guy i saw in a store a few weeks ago with sweat pants and you could pretty much see the whole outline

I try to avoid looking if at all possible, primarily because I am straight and I would not want to get caught looking. But if a bulge is noticeable, like if a guy is wearing gym shorts, then I will end up looking since it is right there and is hard not to.

Yeah, I'm also a swimmer so we can usually see other guys dicks perfectly, and after years of swimming you get over bulge looking. We just whip em out and start comparing haha.
