my penis when flaccid doesn't hang it's just straight and pointing forward like a semi erect stage....but my friends said their limp dicks hang LOW...i know my condition is normal but i just want it to hang LOOOW...so how can i make it hang????

Your penis will tend to hang more if it is longer or if your balls are hanging back between your thighs. If your penis is shorter or your balls are pushed forward, either by big thigh muscles or the style of underwear you wear then it will point more forward.
