Also I've just started to go though puberty, and I'm growing hair everywhere, but my penis is really small still. So i was just wondering if that is going to be a while before it grows or not, and I'm 13, and will be 14 soon?:what:

Well Kash thanks for giving Jonathan the definition of a wet dream casue you're right on ....but yes Jonathan, it happens out of the blue...you will wake up all sticky and wet with semen that has been released...sperm has to be released from time to time and if you don't masturbate a lot, this will happen....I have never had a wet dream myself, cause I have been masturbating long before I was able to ejaculate....Sounds like you're just entering puberty and you will start to grow, especially if the hair is starting to come in more and more and you are getting taller....let nature take its place...whatever you get you'll get and just be content that you are entering puberty and things are going to start happening that will be exciting and new

As for the hair, thats normal. It happens in puberty. You penis will grow with time, as everyone grows at different times and rates, there isnt a set time I can tell you it will develop.
