So everyday I work out religiously. When I wake up I'm outta the house and go to the gym try and work out my upper body for the most part. I get home tired and hungry, eat the usual and out the door again to Cross Country/Track Practice for about 2-3 hours or so. D:<
Once again I arrive home, tired, and hungry. Eat, eat, eat, poop, eat , eat, and out the door again to either soccer practice or soccer game. Now heres my question is this too much? Once I get home I don't have energy to do anything else. Kness sore, shins hurt, arms tired, ect. ;o

You are supposed to take rest days, to give your body time to recover, so you should probably take at least a day a week off. Maybe get some protein shakes or something like that? Drink them right after you've been working out. there's these recovery formula things you can take for after exercise too, apparently they've got the same make up as chocolate milk, so maybe try that?

Well at the very end of the day I do eat a protein bar, idk if that helps much . It has 30g per bar, and I do have some lazy days/resting days when I usually eat and watch TV d:

You need more sleep. It's not about eating more food. Keeping that calorie intake up is important too, but it sounds like you are eating enough. You just need some more rest. You need to know your limits, so if you think the amount you are doing is too much, then just back off a little. Get more sleep at night. Also, just find some techniques and routines that work for you to reduce stress on the body and things you can do to reduce pain.

If you get enough sleep, it doesn't interfere with school, and you enjoy it, I see nothing wrong with it.

Well if the nxt day your no longer tired and sore, than no worries, being tired is part of being active.

You should only work out a max 4 days a week. Your body needs to rest or you'll see less gains.

Well of course you could do more with a lil bit of Steroids :). But, ya I don't recommend more than a 3 or 4 day split either because you need at least 48 hours in between working a body part but that is bare minimum to keep you from not hurting your muscles. If you want to try and do more never go past working a body part twice in a week.
