I have very little interest in social relationships. I am not opposed to them, but I could probably feel just fine if I were left completely alone. I have an incredibly detailed internal world, and find it incredibly pleasurable to simply retreat into the recesses of my mind and block out everything else. I have very little emotional register, and only receive emotional stimulation from incredibly obvious occurrences.

This could be many different things, judging from what you have said. While the only way to know for sure is to talk with your doctor or another medical professional, it could be anything from some kind of schizophrenia to an anti-social disorder to being a sociopath, and some of what you described are symptoms of autism in some cases. However, as the saying goes, the symptoms don't define the disorder, so what you are experiencing really could be anything, only a professional can truly diagnose you. However, lack of emotional attachment, retreating into unreality, and a disconnect from real life (as in feeling no need to interact socially) are definitely all symptoms of schizophrenia and certain other types of disorders with schizoid tendencies.
