Only do it if your both comfortable and ready with it, if your uncomfortable with it just say in a mature way that you would rather take things slowly. If she cares about you she won't mind, and it will also show that you won't take advantage of her.

Never do anything either you or the other person would be uncomfortable with, and whatever you do decide to do, stay 'safe'.

Well it depends on what you and ur gf deem as 2nd base cuz a lot of ppl are confused about it lol but either way only every go further in a relationship if you are comfortable with the speed of things
