I've been trying over and over ways to increase my mass with muscle. I'm a rather skinny person weighing in at around 125 lbs. I'm unfortunately falling out of the puberty cycle and I wanna try as much as possible to utilize whatever time I may have to increase my physical strength and muscle mass.
Anyone have any meal tips as well as workout regimens?

if you got problem gaining weight it's obvious that you don't eat enough.
my tip is that you read and learn about nutrition and how your body uses it.
when it comes to working out you can either buy a gym membership if you got the money and time to utilise it, else there is alot of different types workouts that you can do at home.

Google Stronglifts 5x5. it's pretty simple compared to any other program out there and it is free to download. one of the other posters here told me about it, Tacitus, ask him about it, he is actually on it, i'm just about to start it. Download it and read the real people's stories. all of them have managed to put on tons of muscle with it. what stuff have you tried so far that hasn't worked?
I read somewhere that adding an extra 500 calories a day will gain you 2lbs a week, but that hasn't been the case for me. I've only managed to gain 5lbs since May. but i think thats my fault because i cycle anywhere between 50 to 100km a week and i run most days so i think thats burning up all the extra calories i'm eating. you need protein to help build muscles, so make sure you eat a lot of it. protein shakes and that sort of stuff are handy to have around, but they can be pretty expensive (and some of them just taste rank). USN Pure Protein IGF-1 strawberrry cream flavour is ok.
Usually on a Sunday and a Wednesday evening i spend some time making up meals for the rest of the week. i do stuff like soup, salad, fruit salad, and do a couple of hard boiled eggs then put it all into individual portion sizes, so i always have something decent to eat. I also use a calorie counting website to track my calories and protein intake. i find it really useful to make sure i have eaten enough.
