A couple (probly 6) months back I got bored with fried fish. So I decided to throw something together and little did I realize how big of a hit it would be. So all I did was buy some frozen tilapia filets, put them in a pan with Lemon & Herb seasoning, Lemon Pepper, and garlic flavored sea salt, freshly ground. Added some butter to the pan and bake at 350-400 til the red of the filet turns black. Made some rice, poured some of the butter from the fish pan (cuz the flavor or the spices would be in it) and then put the baked tilapia over the rice. I loved it but I didn't realize how much my mom would! And all of her friends that she brought over just to have me cook lol she begs me (LITERALLY BEGS) me to make it even to I gave her the recipe, so I do and she eats three huge filets over a huge plate of rice, I stare lmao try the recipe if you like.

Ooh, that sounds delicious! I have tried something similar, I have eaten it over 'Near East Parmesan' cous cous...
