have any of you (who cut) get a lot of pain in the area you did it at?

i do and have a lot, sometimes it get to the point where i can hardly walk

You mean when they are fresh, or after they've scarred over? Sometimes I get pricking pain in my arm where I have scars, but never anything debilitating.

if its really painful when its healing then it might be infected? does it look ok?

Never has, only time it hurt a bit was cutting... if its causing you pain like Tommy above said, it could be infected. If its red, swollen... get it checked out.

Mine hurt right after from my shirt or pants rubbing against the fresh cuts. But after a few days, that goes away.

Yeah of they were relatively deep they used to hurt a bit. Make sure you used antiseptic spray or cream on them. Cover them with a light bandage of they're going to knocked but leave it off at night to allow air on them.
