For anyone who may know as to why or who can help me fix this, I cannot load my messages in tappatalk anymore. An error message comes up prompting me to sign out and sign back in. And that still has not fixed the issue. Any help is appreciated.

Would I be correct in guessing that there is probably not going to be a fix anytime soon?

Unless the app itself can be manipulated to prevent users with under 100 posts from PMing, no.

Has VT contacted the developer of the app at all? I hope to see an update for it soon.

I don't think TapTalk are going to make an edit to their application simply for this issue. You may see a future update.
