With the maturity level of most teenage guys at least in my school there's a reason girls act that way by saying they don't or it's nasty. guys are pervy enough if girls opennly admitted to all the guys they know that they flick their bean girls would be harrassed to a level of intolerence. you know they do in most cases and they know you know leave it at that.
