Hey so I've been going to a gym for the past two weeks to finally lose some weight. I wanna focus on weight loss before moving into body building. I've been wanting to do this for a long time but my ass was always to lazy. This summer is going to be different. So far I've lost about 14 pounds. But is there any good tips on how to lose weight a little bit more faster in a gym?

Actually, believe it or not, losin too much weight in a short amount of time is bad for your body. I say jus keep doin what you're doin and eventually you'll start gainin muscle weight. ;-)

in order to do any safe weight loss or muscle gaining you need a well balanced diet along with an exercise / workout program, your gym probably has a trainer or dietitican on hand you could talk to so they can point you in the right direction or get you on the right track to achieve your goals and if they dont have that they most likely have an information center with info on how to safely achieve your goals
