If your 15 and he's 18 it's actually statutory rape, so I would try and end it with him in case your putting yourself in danger. Regardless of how long you have known him, it (in my opinion at least) is highly inappropriate that you are with him.

It's better to tell him that you're not ready yet to bear a child at your young age to avoid misconception.

I've never heard any eighteen year old who claims he's ready for children, and if I did, I probable wouldn't believe him. He may think and say that he ready, but in reality I think he just wants to sound responsible. Don't do anything you aren't comfortable with, of course, and tell him how you feel about all this. If there is no communication in a relationship, then its likely that relationship won't last very long.
Neither of you should be considering children yet; it's just to early. Talk to him, and take it from there.

You really do need to tell him that you are not ready for children. It needs to be said because if you do continue to have unprotected sex then chances are you might end up pregnant. However I ain't here to tell you what you already know.
You do however need to talk to him, how can you expect to have a functioning relationship if you can't even talk to him about your concerns?
So talk to him....Its for the best. I am sure if he loves you and feels the same way about you that he will understand and accept your feelings. If not then, I would personally consider thinking about your relationship and its future.
