Well in my town having your shorts above your knees is a bad thing. (for guys)
some of the shorts i buy will be a little shorter than i like so, with a baagy shirt on, i fit the length want. I don't show off my boxers. thats not my thing

i think its kinda ridiculous when people wear them so low that they practically have to waddle to get around. i think it looks better when the top of a guy's pants is just directly below the waistband of his underwear, but not much lower

Only like, 1 inch to 1/2 of visible boxers (not really sagging). But I've never really sagged. Only if my shorts accidentally shrunk on the washer and I didn't realize it till I left my home.
