Well, when I flex my abs you can see them and feel that they are hard. But how do I get them to show all the time?

You are still young. It takes sometime for your body to develop muscle mass and muscle definition. I'm 16 right now (turning 17 soon), and i started workingout at 14. Mostly focusing on techniques with light weights. Back to your question, you prob can't see ur "6pack" until u get a lil older. Don't worry bro, keep working hard and u'll get jacked fast! :)

You just gotta keep working out and watch what you eat too. In football we do core workouts for 30 min and i can see mine, i wish they were a bit more defined but just keeping working out man, tighten your core when u walk around and when your lifting weights, do some core workouts and eat healthy

People he's taking about being able to see them with out flexing, he can see the while flexing.
Try getting more definition and, if its there, lose the bit of fat

Actually I cat see while flexing, I can feel them while flexing.

Low body fat percentage and developed abdominal muscles (meaning training them for a year or two.)

Watch what you eat and be relatively active and the rst will come if you are a mesomorph
