Hey as you may have read in my other posts I'm a really late developer, I'm 17 and still not had any penis growth, just about everything else has happened but not that! I also cant get my foreskin to retract when erect and I'm scared i may need circumcised, i have loads of bumps which are apparently normal all over my penis but it looks really 'ugly' and i have a varacose vein on my left testical! I hate my manhood:confused: all this is getting me really down and i hve no one to talk to about it face to face because i dont think i can trust any of my friends, I feel like crap and all i can do is wait and see, If there is anyone else felling similarly I'd love to chat!!

Can I ask how big your penis is?

Hey don't worry so much about the physical aspects of growing up. Everyone goes through it. And in the end, you'll be fine :D

Yeah, there's lots of people who feel the same way man! In fact, I have a varicrose vein above my left nut too :P Don't worry so much about those - they're very common (about 15% of teen guys and adult men get this - that's a lot)

At 17, you should be more developed tham you say you are. Do you have armpit hair? Do you have pubic hair? How big is your penis? You might not be as far behind as you think!

If you feel like you're not developing at all, or VERY slowly, see a doctor. He can let you know what's going on and what you can do, and there might be a few medicines/injections he can prescribe to get your growth hormones going.

Note to others: These medicines and injections are ONLY for people who are beyond late bloomers. If you're a late bloomer and are considering these, it's unlikely that a doctor will give them to you so don't ask about these on the forums unless you are 17+ and have not developed at all or very little.

Again, please answer the following questions, just to make sure that you're as far behind as you say - you might not be as far behind as you think: Do you have armpit hair? Do you have pubic hair? How long is your penis when erect? How tall are you?

I am worried that i dont have much development at the age of 14 so i can't imagine how bad it must be for you at 17 :( however we can't really help you much unless you could fill in a few details (you don't have to if you don't want to noone is forcing you :) )

1) Do you have armpit hair if so how much?
2) Do you have facial hair if so how much?
3) Do you have pubic hair (around the penis)?
4) How big is you penis when erect?
5) If or when you masterbate do you ejeculate?

Sorry for asking so many questions

Well it sounds like you just might not be that hairy of a guy! There's no order that you should grow - when people start puberty, they could see pubic hair first, or mood changes, or voice cracking, or penis growth. You could see any of those first, so there's no real "order" you need to grow.

As far as how big your penis is, it's not ALL that small at all! It could probably use a few more inches though. All of those questions are great, but I really needed to know how tall you are. With that, I can tell you if you're around the average adult height, whether you're that far behind or not, and whether it's just your penis that's left behind.
See, if you're around an average height, then it could just be your dick that's left behind in puberty. If that's the case, you've got about 3 years of puberty left, so there's lots of time for it to grow :D

Good advice AJ!

As i look around, i've never, ever seen anyone over 35 who was still pre pubescent. So, with time and patience you'll be just like every other guy on the planet.

Until then, i can make two mecommendations: First, talk with your doctor about your concerns about size, those bumps, and the tightness. He can examine you, provide you with info and reassurance, and treat whatever he can. I wouldn't worry about circ too much, though. Unless you cannot urinate or get an erection he'll likely try alot of other, non surgical treatment which usually work.

The other recommendation I can make is one my Dad the Shrink says alot: 'Go out and enjoy your life'. Which I think means find something else to do while you're waiting for the things to happen that bother you to change but have no control over. Focus on the things that give you pride and pleasure, remember that you're more than just your worries and problems.
