i am getting a physical next week and im very nervous about what they do....i have heard many things and all people say stuff differenty......im really nervous so help!!! please just answer these questions...

I know here in oregon, my doctor did she was awesome, she asked me if I wanted someone in the room, and she walked me through everything.

Talk with your doctor you might even be able to call and talk to a nurse there.

explain where he looked: (boob, vijay, both): neither of those, but pretty much everywhere
if the doc touched: (boob, vijay, both): neither
ik this is weird but....how did he touch you:
was anyone with you: (mom, dad, siblings): my mom, but she had to leave the room during the physical
overal experence: they just had me wear a hospital gown with underwear on under it, so it wasnt bad at all... there's always those awkward questions though

explain where he looked: (boob, vijay, both) look at my boobs and just took a peak down there to see if i am developing right

ik this is weird but....how did he touch you: just did a breast exam
was anyone with you: (mom, dad, siblings) just the nurse with the doctor
overal experence: Just had to get undressed and leave my underwear on and put on a paper gown. Had my height and weight checked and my blood pressure checked and had my shots updated and i had to pee in a cup

ik this is weird but....how did he touch you: Gently, I guess. He's just doing his job.
was anyone with you: Mom, and younger sister
overal experence: Good, he's a great doctor and makes sure I'm always comfortable.
additional coments: Just try to relax. It's awkward the first time your breasts or genitals are examined, but it's not that bad.
