So, I am going off to boarding school in the fall! In order to not gain the dreaded 'Freshman 15' I want to get into killer shape now so that I have incentive to still work hard when I get there.
Generally, I run two or four miles, and that takes me 20 min for the two and 40 for the 4. It's a bit slow, I'm working on it... I also go mainly uphill with a really short but steep downhill. I also do at least 100 situps, I want better stomach muscles and that's not doing it alone...
On another note, I have a job at a barn and I need to be stronger to carry stuff. Any ideas on building arm muscles?
And suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated

Without any equipment, I'd say 12 push-ups a day should be good for your arms, chest and your core muscles.
Maybe also buy some dumbells that are suitable for you, and try looking up some suitable exercises using those.

...Maeve, are you fucking kidding me?
The "freshman 15" applies more to Uni. As long as you steer clear of booze, and try not to inhale too much pizza, you should be fine. You're already in really good shape. However, you did ask this question to get an answer, not a lecture, so here goes:
To build arm strength, I'd recommend push-ups and some pull-ups (with the machine.) Core strength can be helped by doing some variations on the situp, especially ones that work your obliques such as bicycle crunches, circular situps etc.
As for losing weight... I don't think that's possible or healthy, so just try to maintain what you have (by not drinking too much, aye?)

Nah, I don't want to lose weight :P though 130 for a 5'4'' person is a bit heavy, it's mainly muscle :D
I'll work on this... and inhaling pizza might be a problem. When it comes to food, I'm like a vacuum cleaner >.< I have to work on that too.

some big tips
dont hype about protein and supplements, they really dont help you
a healthy bodys a fit body, if youre not willing to be vegetarian i would atleast cut out beef cause its harsh on your body, and pork if you can. they cause the most problems to you.
dont waste time counting caleries, its not that hard, if you have a good idea of it and keep it consistent you should worry more about getting the right nutrients. and ofcourse cut out the obvious junkfood, fastfood, soda and such.
and a great diet that i strongly suggest trying is eat all of your caleries for the day within a few hours, if you eat otherwise make sure its miniscule but feel free to drink. do this at the same time everyday, its really not as hard as it might sound. and drink alot of water, if you have trouble drinking alot of water try drinking it at room temperature rather than cold, it really helps. you notice a difference fast doing this, and it gives you alot of energy.
