When i was 14 it was 5in erect and it's not really a problem people develop through puberty in different stages. My younger brother didn't start puberty til he was 15. Anyway people develop in different stages

No you don't. I'm not sure why he used that term, but if you've shown any signs whatsoever of puberty then you're not prepubescent. I can tell you that you most likely have started puberty in some way because since you were like 10 or younger have you grown in height, has your penis grew, voice changed, testicles grew larger?

Replying to Giles:

I don't think my testicles or penis have grown that much but i have grown significantly taller especially over these past 2-3 months.

What is pre pubescent?

prepubescent [ˌpriːpjuːˈbɛsənt]
n
a person who has not yet reached puberty
adj
not yet having reached puberty

What is puberty?

Puberty is the time when your body begins to change from a child's body into an adults body.

One of the early signs of puberty is a growth spurt, and getting hairs around your penis. As OP stated he has not got any hairs yet, that is why I put he was still pre pubescent.

Pubic hair and growth spurts can be one of the early sings of puberty. But that doesn't mean that they're always the first signs, any development around that age is most likely being caused by puberty.

Is that a bad thing? I personally wish I didn't have hair in certain parts of my body .

You go at YOUR bodies rate, don't worry, just wait, some just start earlier and others start a bit late. Nothing to be bothered about...

You may be a late bloomer since pubic hair is like the first growth in puberty. Everyone grows at a different rate. Don't worry and as for penis size that's big enough to pleasure a woman

I think you just have to wait for pubes ;) It will come, but they are annoying and you will hate them ;)
