It's different for everyone. Before puberty, the penis could be 2, 3 or 4 inches. Usually, everybody ends up about the same (somewhere between 5 inches to 7 inches). You could grow 3 inches, 2 inches, 1 inch, 4 inches or 5 inches. It really all depends on how you individually grow.

its hard to say really i mean from a little research ive found that a boy starts puberty at anything from 1.5-3.5 inches and can grow to 4.5 to 7 inches making the average around 3.5 inches all of these figures are erect obviously...
