Of course some girls masturbate, some don't. I don't think you can definitively say that they're lying to you, because quite frankly you don't know that they aren't telling the truth. Some of my friends don't masturbate, tried and didn't like it so never do it again. Every person is different and not everyone likes touching themselves.

it is entirely possible for someone not only a girl to not masturbate, normaly that not the case and they are probably lying to you but yes its possible
