Oh, if you mean the age difference it shouldn't be an issue. If you mean like sex wise there should be no problem you have to be at least three years apart for it to be considered statutory rape, in Australia at least- not sure about anywhere else.

I think you need to explain more fully what the problem is. Too me it sounds like since your going into HS and she's remaining in JR High this is going to be a problem. All I can say if you Love her there shouldn't be a problem

Outside of school... at the weekends or on weeknights? Unless you are really far away from eachother, witch I doubt since you two were in the same school (well, I assume so)

Have your parents drive you or meet up somewhere after school, on days off, on half days or on the weekends? You could skype maybe if you both have webcams.

ya like shellie said if u love her there shouldnt be a issue with u being in hs and her being in jr high unless ur afriad of what ur friends will say but if thats the case u dont rly love her enough be no different then if u were both going to hs but each going to a diferent hs i mean a yr younger isnt a big deal it seems to me like ur afraid ppl will make fun of u for being in 9th grade dating a 8th grader or ur embarased to be datng a 8th grader which if its either of them then u dont rly love her that much

I could care less what people think its just I really care about her to the point where I'd give my life for her, I just want to be able to see her during the year that's all

I see now and I think I understand. You're worried that the time you'll get to see each other will dwindle more than you feel it should to the point that you're lucky to even hug her for a day? I assure you, there will be time for you two to see each other. If she's in a club or something and they have a game/championship/competition you can head to them and she to your's.
