Judging from your last post when you stated your height, you were, 5'8 I believe. Now, if you're asking me if it's normal to grow 5 inches in two weeks, no, no sir it is not.
If you are talking about someone else, then sure, it's fine. They were just an early bloomer.

You probably started puberty fairly early, but still within the normal range. You would be more developed than most 14 year olds, however.
