Hello, i'm 17.

I use the Gym 5 days a week, and use the free weights, Bench Press 'Machine' 60Kg, Shoulder Press (military press) 'Machine' 40Kg. I also do alot of Cardio. On a free weight (1 arm) i could lift 20kg, but this was doing a back and tricep pull up not so much bicep. Urm, i used to do a lot of Abs workouts, not so much anymore, in fact i haven't done so in over a month. I've recently started doing more weights on my chest. Still trying to find the perfect routine and build pure muscle mass on my chest.

So what do you lot get up to? in the gym? outside the gym? where ever

I have a gym membership and I go from 3 to 5 times a week on average. Just depends. I mostly do the treadmill and the elliptical along with weights sometimes.

I used to do weights religiously but I've gotten a bit lazy and just do cardio mostly. But I plan though to do weights more again.

When it's not too hot out I also like to run at the track. I prefer running outside than running on the treadmill.

From what I can see in your avatar you appear to be pretty fit.;)

I also like running, especially outside :D
I used to be fast, but I've laid around a lot this summer and lost some of my speed :(

Once I get back in school, I'm gonna do a lot more running. I also lift weights and have a membership to a YMCA near me. I like staying active

During the summer i dont usually go by days in a week because i go every other day. I switch my workouts around alot to challenge myself more and build faster but here are just some random things ill do.(lbs not kg so i guess cut it in half if u want metric) i max benching at 180 lbs (my weak ass chest)
incline and decline will usually stay around the same. When i curl ill usually do sets 8-10 50lbs, then ill do triceps with 170 lb pull downs and 140 lb push downs on tricep machine. Ummm, squat max 250 lbs, leg press max 550 lbs, and deadlift 285 lbs max. Don't really do much cardio which killed me last basbeall season, so im gunna be doing alot of that before spring.

I have a personal trainer that I work with Monday, Wendsday, and Thursday. During 2 hour periods I do weights with all of the muscles pretty much, run 2 miles, and do some stretching and such. Then throughout the week I play many sports (basketball, football, and golf), so those keep my active during the off days.

Well, I'm a generally athletic guy, I play football and lacrosse, they keep me on my feet. I'm just 13 so yes I do lift weights, but not daily. Maybe once a week, usually on weekends. But I love to run, it's a passion of mine, I find it fun.

I started working out when i was 13/14 just doing 100 press ups and 100 situps a night, obviously in reps. Since then i've gradually got bigger. You should of seen me at school 2003 (my last year 'year 11') i was a skinny fucker lol.

I'm a smoker, so I sure as hell don't do aerobics. I used to have a YMCA membership, but now I have a home system. I basically work every muscle I can. However, I just do it to stay fit, not to gain mass (mostly cuz I don't want to gain any fat).
