Its just a place for you to post anything you want, get anything off your mind or just tell people what you're up to.
Go up to the top left and it should say blog, click that, click your blog then in the side bar click post to your blog.

It seems that people never read the FAQ. Heck, we even have a whole section on it, right here: http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/faq.php?faq=vbblog_faq. It's the third section in the main FAQ page.
