Is there a Fintess and Health related Sub Forum?

Not specifically but we cover fitness mostly in the Eating disorders forum and mostly health related topics in VT General Hospital.

There's no fitness subforum, since we don't get many of those questions and threads. We sometimes get them in Eating Disorders and the VT General Hospital though, so you can look around there =]
If you're big on fitness and looking for a fitness forum, I suggest you find a different site. No offense :P
