Don't be mean but be firm, as she needs to get the message that what is happening, is not appropriate in your eyes and that you are not interested in her.

OP, maybe I should clarify, if you do feel comfortable with everything she's doing there isn't much of a problem. You didn't say you liked the friend so if you do, go for it, if you don't, my previous post is still valid.

I kinda think this is gross. If he's not interested in the girl, he not only shouldn't put himself in a situation he's uncomfortable with, he shouldn't lead her on. That includes taking advantage of her attraction.
