There isn't a 'fitness' 'muscle growth' forum as such, but you can post any questions that don't fit in a forum on the main page in the 'VT General Hospital' forum. Don't worry about posting in the wrong place, because a Moderator will move the thread and tell us, in the thread, where it is going.
