So I'm really, really, really, wanting to join my schools football team next year. I'm just unsure if I would actually survive. How big should someone be to join the football team?
I'm currently doing a workout program that should be make pretty strong. And I'm wanting to start doing yoga, 4 months before I join the team. So do you have any tips for me joining the team? How can I run faster and more agile and how can I get a better hand eye coordination?

BROOOOOOO i felt the same way. I go to an all boys school, abd there is a lot of competition. Everyone is trying to be bigger and badeer than everybody else. I'm shorter than like everyone, because everyone is older than me. Since I'm going into high school, and there is now weight limit. I decided I would bulk up more. Ive already got something to work with so it's not going to be too hard. There is no size you need to be to play football. What position would you like to play ? When you work out, you can do it according to position. Running back, work on your calves abd thighs etc. I'm a receiver so I'm working all around, but mostly on calves, back, and arms. For speed abd agility.I do timed runs abd try to be faster every time. Agility, I use a rope ladder and do things like high knees, two in two out, skipping, karaoke. Try your hardest out there because it will pay off. I START OVER 6 PEOPLE. GIVE IT ALL YOU GOT!!

Oh, and I have never played football other than flag. And I do not know anything about football. Other than the basics. So I do not know what position would be good for me. Any suggestions?

As far as size, it depends a lot on what position you might want. There's guys on my schools team of all size. Short, tall, skinny, fat, built, etc.
Yoga is definitely a good idea. Most of the football players I know take some sort of yoga or dance.
Just curious, you mean the '13-'14 school year right, not this upcoming one? Because I believe preseason has already started most places... at least it has here.
But anyway, Our team does weightlifting and conditioning 6-8 months in advance, so that should prepare you pretty well. I've seen guys be... the complete opposite of what you'd expect to see on a fb team.. at the beginning of conditioning and by the time fall came he looked as fit as the rest of the team. It'll also help with coordination and running and all that. But if you want to get an early start, you could always ask someone on the team to help you train.

Never played tackle, lol its.... different haha. let me ask a few questions for your position.
Fast? slow medium fast:
Upper or lower body:
Can you catch:
Can you throw:
howw agile are you:
Are you comfortable getting hit:
How are your reflexes:
Good vertical jump:
Also I would try ballet, a lit of pro footbal players take it to improve balance and stability

Well currently, im doing a lot of squats, so my running should go to about medium.
I'll probably be more upper body, but Im gonna be balanced, both upper and lower
I'm unsure how agile I am. I'm able to slip through different things, like if a group of people at the store come by me I'm able to slip through them pretty well
I'm unsure how I handle getting hit. Like, my friend wanted me to play on 7th grade. And when he'd hit me, I'd go to the ground, either twisting my wrist, foot, or just getting a little hurt. As well as my ears ringing.
I'm not so good at catching or throwing. But I'd like to get better. But I'm currently, probably better at throwing. But I can only throw a few good throws (but not far, just good spiral throws) but after a few, my arm/shoulder starts to hurt
I don't know what a vertical jump is.

How can I become better at catching (I have no one that can help me) and how can I become more agile and run faster? What my goals are, is to be a fast runner, a descent blocker, and a good catcher, and become more agile.

Better at catching, buy a tennis ball and just throw it up and down, bounce it if a wall. That type if stuff.
To become more agile buy a rope ladder( there like 10 bucks at a sports outlet) Two steps in every square skipping, high knees, use the ladder to act like you dodging people in a big crowd. Ie start in middle if squaretwo steps to the right back to the middle two steps to the left move up repeat. Also, a parachute (also available at a sports outlet. you tie ut to your waist abd it adds resistance to your running. GREAT for becoming faster.
