It should be either white or clear. It shouldnt be any other color. I know for a fact that if its yellow you may have an STD.

Well, the stuff you ejaculate has a lot of other fluids in it, other than sperm. So, it can be clear, milky white or whitish yellow. It is not correct that yellow ejaculate indicates an STD (I think he was thinking of pus, which is another story!).
Typically, whatever color it is consistently is fine. Red or reddish brown could be a sign of trouble, though (blood).

Cum starts out as clear for most guys, since they can't produce enough semen to make it white. (although, it's NOT called precum)
Then it'll turn white. Whatever you have, clear or white, if you clean up with a tissue and notice that it has a yellowish tint, don't worry about it! It just has some urine mixed in with it. It'll clear out of your urethra after a few jacking sessions.
It shouldn't be any color that resembles red. I.e., red, brown, or orange (ew :P).
