Well he kind of got Spiderman killed...(kind of, but not really, but still kind of). Plus, he's just not as cool to me as he used to be. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate the guy.

That's an alternate universe version of Captain America. The real Captain America is pretty different.

EDIT: Plus, most people agree that Ultimate Captain America is kind of a dick. I can understand not liking him.
