How often do you get physicals?

I haven't gotten a physical since I was in the 6th grade, I'm going into 10th, is that a bad thing? Should I be getting a physical every year? I'm not into sports or anything so I never have a reason to get one.

I get one every year because of sports but I would still go once a year for health reasons

No its not bad you should always check out if your healthy or not and how your body is doing, I use to get them like every 2 years or so but now need them every year for marching band (this is so a sport hehe)

i think the american pediatric board or whatever it's called says to get a physical every year just for health sake.

if you play sports you almost always have to get a physical at least once a year

I get one every year for sports. I think as teenagers it's probably a good idea to get an annual physical even if you aren't in sports.

In my experience- we don't really have them in England!

I get one every year. My school doesn't require it but I like meeting with my doctor to get some real info on puberty and to make sure everything's ok.

it is important to get one every 1-2 years just to see how healthy you are and get the required vaccines until you are done with them. i go every year because i play sports.

I haven't had one since before I started school in kindergarten after that I've had a few visits to a quick care place who did the basics but not a full physical.

Probably a good thing, they never find anything wrong with me anyway. We're young and healthy. My mom does make me go every summer though and abt every couple years I need a shot of some kind. Seems like I should just go those years.
