I used to do that a lot though I don't do it all the time anymore. I;ve gotten more self-control and don't like that to be the only thing I do when I'm alone. 1) not really
2) because we used a lot of energy (pumping at our thing) and it's almost like an exercise (but it isn't)
3) that doesn't happen to me. If you have your legs in a certain position, they might hurt from being strained. If it continues to hurt, see a doctor
