I Had The Most weirdest Sexual Dream EVVAAR and when i woke up i had a desire to masturbate but i didnt. and i felt REALLY hungry as if i didnt eat in a while.

Well if you didn't ejaculate then you clearly did not have a wet dream. A wet dream, or nocturnal emission, means that you ejaculate while sleeping - which you said you did not do.
