penis dots??

on my penis and ball sack there are little yellow dots, i have no idea what it is and i only noticed them when i was 10 (i'm 13 now). you can see the dots on my ball sack all the time, while you can only see the dots on my penis when i have an erection when the skin is thinner. what are they? i sometimes masturbate with friends/suck there penis/thrust my penis into they're ass so if its a std i don't know how ill tell my parents. any1 have an idea what it is?

I can't be certain what anything is over the internet, but it's probably Fordyce's spots and hair follicles. Fordyce's spots are harmless fat glands that are under the skin. They could be slightly yellow or whitish. Fordyce's spots aren't an STD or anything, they're completely natural and most guys have these on their penis shaft!

And hair follicles (probably the ones on your scrotum or ballsac) are just places that hairs develop and will soon grow out. Since you're in puberty, this is probably what they are.

You can also ask about these at your next check-up just to make sure they're ok - like I said, I can't really tell what they are except from the description you gave. Although I'm postitive they're not an STD :P

They aren't anything that are going to harm you probably. They are most likely just hairs that havenn't started to grow, hair follicles.

If you are really worried, and your next check up is a while away, then go to a local health center, and they can check it out for you :)
