I don't read much DC. My favorite villains from that company are probably Sinestro and Ozymandias. Both people thought they were doing good when plotting and they arguably did. That's what makes a good villain.

i do very much love the joker, but hes only number two in my book. my favourite villian is doubtless Lex Luthor. i think hes a bit overlooked, mainly cause most only know about the movies and dont really see much of him, but this is easily the best dc villian. he is the smartest villian, possibly smartest character, in dc universe. put this along with his charisma and ability to lead, access to money and in a position to influence many. theres a reason why he can go up against superman, hes unstoppable.
