Okay well I have two cousins that are 13 and 12, almost everytime the subject of sex comes up....they always tell me stuff that their friends told them about it...and its completely wrong....ive heard things from, if you don't masterbate your not a man....to them calling sperm "white stuff" because they don't know what its called....should I teach them about sex and how it works....or should I leave that to their dad...if I do teach them...how?

There are loads of websites out there that explain puberty, masturbation and sex, just google it for them and let them read it.

If you are pretty close to them and are comfortable about it then I dont see why it wont hurt ? I think that would be pretty cool!

this type of relationship can be risky with cousins.
-why? because unlike this type of relationship with a friend, no matter how hard you try, you will keep seeing them. in other words, they will always be in you life.
these boys will eventually grow up, and so will you. the most probable thing is that you will always remember them by what you did together, and vise versa.
another risky thing about this, is that they are too young. so if they get upset, and feel in danger, whats the first thing they will say to flip the tables on you. "ho touched my privates!" or something along those lines.

I probably knew everything there is to know about sex by about 11 years old. Most of the terminology too. Most of it was from friends though.
