Uncircumcised (uncut): The opposite. The foreskin remains intact.

The reasons for this procedure can vary, it could be religious, hygienic reasons, or even just to keep up with the times in some cases. Cut means the boy is circumcised. Uncut means the boy is uncircumcised and still has his foreskin. To be circumcised the doctor cuts off the foreskin and that is where the word cut comes from.
