I don't know if it belongs in this sub forum, notfy me if its not?
Anyway, my diet is wierd, i dont eat ANYTHING for hours and then ill just have a snack or something. Example: Today i had breakfast as quatr past 3 and all it was s a cup of diet coke. i dont know if i enjoy being hungry or what. wen im hungry it just feels... good almost, im able to conentrate more and when i eat properly i eat like a plateful.
Is there something wrong with me? I know im a bit chubby but i dont mind tht much. All i do know is im 95% sureim not anorexic.

You should change your eating habits and have 3 meals a day. Eating a real food variety.What's probably making you chubby is that you're not eating then eating a bunch. It's not a good balance. You need to eat 3 meals a day on average.

But the real problem is, when I feel hungry, I don't actually feel hungry enough, if you get what I mean. You know when you're doing something and you feel a littl hungry, but not hungry enough to say, "Oh, snap! I feel like some food!" thats how I feel until i've not eaten for say, 12+ hours. Anyway thanks for the feedback! xx

If you can't eat 3 meals a day, you need to change that, regardless of how hungry you feel and how you're used to it right now. It could screw up your growth and can also cause problems like moodiness, cramps and even depression.
I bet you'd know how to do it - just eat 3 times a day! :P When you wake up, eat a meal, or as much as you'd like (but it has to be SOMETHING). Then do it at lunch, and at dinner etc. It's a habit that's hard to get into once you're out of it.
Are you online a lot? Do you watch a lot of TV or do something that doesn't make you move around a lot of hours? That's the main reason why a lot of people lose their appetite, stay up until 4 o'clock+ and get depressed. So yeah, I think you should really start eating 3 meals a day and maybe even get active (if you're not already) =]

I won't repeat what Zach said but I'll add that if you exercise it can help burn off your calories and have you develop an appetite.

also, yes.. tht depression prt seems to be blatantly obvious.
i did the test (check my bottom banner on my sig) and if i put in what i used to be like itd prbable be about 9-15
now its 22, and im pretty sure if im not careful its gona creep up until im having a mental breakdown
anyway thanks for that.
