Try this site.

these sites will not give an accurate answer, so i wouldn't even bother to use it.

one of the most accurate ones is Hydrostatic weighing, to do this you will need to find a fitness center of some sort who offers this, it ill cost you money though and knowing your bodyfatt % is not that important.

It is if you wanna know how much you should lose.

Try the bodybuilding.com site, and then type on body fat calculator. It's ony an estimate. But it's a good one. That water testing one is very expensive.

Bodybuilders try to aim at around 7.5% body fat, male models have about 10% body fat, and abs generally occur at around 12% body fat. It's better to be a bit bulky with barely visible abs vs skinny with visible abs. Guys who weightlift don't respect prideful skinny guys with abs. They'll think "You have no right to think your cool, yur abs show because your a skinny little pussy", which. Y the way was in the words of many bodybuilding/weightlifting guys.

I know in my school there is a machine you stand on and it tells you. Or you could ask your doctor.
