I have read a lot of posts about guys and their friends seeing each other naked and even jerking off together. I am bi and would like to have these kinds of friendships but not entirely sure cuz I am afraid I would get hard. Does this make me weird?

It's not weird at all to want these kinds of relationships with people. You're young and bi which makes you more inclined to have these feelings. :)
Being afraid to have these kind of friendships isn't weird.
Being hard in these relationships should be normal because you're bi and you'd be doing things to get you in that state.
