That's a myth, as well as penis size. The semen is ejaculated by a muscle in your lower pelvic region, which is why you feel contractions during an orgasm. The amount/distance you ejaculate depends a lot on that muscle.

Sperm is made in the testes, but stored in the epididymis, a gland where it is also matured. Sperm from the testes cannot yet move on their own. Bigger "balls" does not mean in contains more, because it is stored in the epididymis.

Most of the semen is made in the seminal vesicle and prostate, not the testicles. Sperm is only about 2% of the total semen. The amount of semen depends a lot on how hydrated you are as well. The strength of the pelvic floor muscles is also responsible for the volume and distance. The most significant factor is how much you ejaculate is how long it was since you last ejaculated.
