There really is no point of doing that. It will just make your penis more uncomfortable and make it too tight for your testes.

Not necasseraly. If you feel more comfortable wearing briefs then wear only briefs and if you feel more comfortable wearing boxers then wear just boxers. If you have trouble with anything popping out then wear briefs.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. You just do what you think benifets you the most. I personally wouldn't because It would squeeze my junk. (That's just me though.)
