So one of the worst days of the year is in three days...
My ex bf Erik's birthday,last year was horrible,I handled it badly(lets just say that I spent the next few days in a hospital)
I have no idea how to handle it this year either,just the thought of it makes me cry....
Need some advice on this....

Like Viv said, try and distract yourself. You are strong enough. Go to a theme park, or a gig or something to keep yourself busy. It's only 24 hours :hug:
